STONELAKE MASTER ASSOCIATION ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES AND FINES
In accordance with the Association’s governing documents, the Association must give due process to homeowners who violate the Community’s CC&R’s or Adopted Rules and Regulations. When an infraction is noticed by monthly inspections or reported by a member, the homeowner is normally sent a letter requesting compliance. If the homeowner still fails to comply, a hearing before the Board of Directors is scheduled to hear testimony, assess fines and determine any further courses of action to bring the member into compliance.
To ensure compliance with the Community’s CC&R’s or Adopted Rules and Regulations, owners may be fined not less than $50.00 not more than $250.00 per occurrence or continuation of violations. Fine amounts are to be set by the Board of Directors based on the merits of each violation. Additionally, the Board reserves the right to suspend privileges at any level during the enforcement proceedings.
Should an Architectural Change be completed prior to receiving authorization, an automatic fine of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) will be immediately assessed to the account following a Hearing with the Board of Directors.
On January 29, 2019 the Board of Directors held a special members only meeting to discuss the potential building of the California Northstate University Hospital (CNU). During the meeting, Professional Registered Parliamentarian (Moderator), Lorenzo Cuesta and his assistant recorded the member comments. Please see the attached summary divided by Pros, Cons and Misc. Comments. Scroll down to the bottom of this email and click on the attachments link to view.

Members found in violation of these rules are subject to assessed fines to the account and suspension of Membership Privileges, including restricting access to the Clubhouse and Community Events.
