Q. When will the Clubhouse (pool, gym, etc.) open?
A. We are just as anxious to get up and running as you are. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have scheduled date. We will certainly keep the Community posted as more information is available. The Community, safety of Members, and safety of staff is all of the upmost importance.
Q. How can I submit an Architectural Application?
A. We are still on the same schedule. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month. Applications are due the week prior, Monday 5:00 pm. All applications should be emailed directly to Janelle.Rodriguez@fsresidential.com. At this time we are waving the neighbor acknowledgement portion of the application.
Q. How can I get a hold of the office?
A. Call 916-714-9511 to reach a team member any day of the week during the following hours:
Sunday – Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
