Pools Closed On Tuesday, May 22nd
The pool area will be closed on Tuesday, May 22nd until 5:00 PM. The closure is due to drainage repairs and concrete work that will improve the overall drainage around the pool. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact the clubhouse with questions.
No Open Session Meeting May 24, 2012
There was an error on the May 2012 newsletter calendar regarding the Open Session meeting dates. There will not be an Open Session meeting on May 24, 2012.
Pool Maintenance
Empire Painting & Construction will be painting all wrought iron, as well as the interior and exterior of the clubhouse over the next two to three weeks. The pool area and the clubhouse will be closed intermittently throughout the process. The pool will be closed between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 9th through Friday, May 11th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. A full schedule of the clubhouse closures will be available later this week. Please check the website for the most current information and contact the clubhouse with any questions.
Still haven’t signed up for Swim Lessons?
River City Aquatics will be at the clubhouse between 5:30 and 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 10th to assist with registration. You can also register online at http://www.rivercityaquaticsinc.com. Swim lessons are for Stonelake members only. Space is limited so register now!!!
5th Annual Community Safety & Awareness Event - May 19 (Sat) from 10am - 1pm
This family-focused event is hosted by the Stonelake Safety Committee. Meet local officials, learn about important safety items, and have a great time with fellow residents! Free activities include BBQ for residents, DJ, and jump house and face painting for kids. Event will again be held in the Clubhouse parking lot.
Government entities attending include the Elk Grove Police Department (providing finger printing for kids and canine unit will drop by close during the last hour), CSD Fire Department and Park & Rec., Sacramento City Fire Hazmat Unit (come see the hook-and-ladder unit!), Stone Lakes Wildlife Refuge, and various departments from the City of Elk Grove. Other special attendees include MADD, Red Cross and Methodist Hospital. Local businesses participating include CalFit, Kinetic Cycles, Nash Travels and Jamba Juice.
