Paperless Communication Options

Electronic Document Delivery:  Many people are moving away from receiving hard copies of required documents by replacing the communication with electronic options.  If you are interested, you can OPT-IN to receiving electronic Association documents, in place of hard copies being mailed to you.  This will save you wasted paper, and costs to your Association!

Email Blasts & Text Message Updates:  Did you know that you can sign up for Association email blasts and/or text messages?  Get live updates concerning emergency situations, community events and information affecting members of the community!

Enclosed you will find a copy of the form to sign up for these paperless options. If at any time in the future, you’d like to change your OPT IN status, a simple written request to Management is required.
